the writing chronicles: the week after publishing

Hey friends,

The Holiday Assist has now been out for just over a week, and readers are loving it! Thank you if you've picked it up already, and if you haven't yet, you can read it here.

So, what have I been working on?

Nothing. During release week (and the week or so after) I have to pause all other projects I'm working on. Releasing a new book into the world takes so much of my energy (but in the best way), along with marketing that new book and connecting with readers. So, I haven't been editing Only a Game for about two weeks, but I am ready to dive back in.

But before I do that, I'll be writing the bonus content for The Holiday Assist. I generally try to have this up and ready to go BEFORE my book comes out, but it just didn't happen with this one.

I've got a few scenes in mind to write, but if there are any scenes from the book that you'd like to see from the other characters POV or anything that you wish had been included, let me know in the comments!
